First Blog of the Term

Why do I love education? Good question. It's not because I love being at school. Honestly, school gives me hives. I love and chose education because I love being able to communicate with children and with adults about children. I adore listening to the way children explain how they understand something and why they did what they did. I love reading. I love playing. I love being with people. AND, most of all, I love the look on a person's face when he or she understands something new for the first time. It's the Aha moment. The part of the educational day that makes it all worth it. This is why I love education. This is why I am Mrs. Hamilton.
